
Founded in 1998, Capricornia Training Company (CTC) operates throughout Central Queensland and provides people with pathways to employment, training opportunities and specialist services which foster social equity for all people.
CTC manages the Youth Housing and Reintegration Service (YHARS) in Central Queensland, assisting young people aged 12 to 21 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, find safe accommodation and to re-engage in productive and positive choices which enable a better quality of life.
The business proactively partners with local community-based organisations and support services to build effective networks, creating pathways for individuals.
CTC is part of MRAEL, which sits within the IntoWork Group.
